I may be mistaken, but isn't there a famous Tribeca Film Festival?

The Tribeca Film Festival is a woo-hoo Big Deal around here.
Awesome.
I think my favorite thing about this photo is all the STUFF that has been put up to distract your attention...the tacky lit up stars, the ads, the banners.
But it just can't get the job done. The quite majesty of that building is stronger.
That's so cool. Why don't they make churches like this anymore?
