I think that's what they call a perk.
I was lucky enough to take my son to work with me for his first 15 months. I would not have gone to work fulltime had that not been an option. Fortunately, my boss had 9 kids, so one in the office was no big deal to him. It was a wonderful perq, and I know you are cherishing yours as well!
